Can guests order or pay through the menu?

No. Herely is a menu guests read, not an ordering system. Orders and payment stay with your staff and your POS, so there are no per-order fees.

What happens when I change a price?

You change it in your dashboard and every table QR shows the new price at once. The printed code never changes.

Does the menu work without an app?

Yes. The QR opens a normal web page in the phone’s browser. No app, no login, no cookie wall.

How many languages can the menu have?

Nine: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Russian. Guests switch at the top of the page.

Is it free?

You can create and publish a menu for free. Pro adds more pages and photos; Etsy buyers get 30 days of Pro included.
